Abstract
A simulation program for data transmission in the baseband is presented. The program is written in Turbo-Pascal and implemented on a compatible PC-AT. The transmission path of the data signal including source, transmitter, channel plus noise source, matched filter and detector is simulated. These components can be specified by tree parameters. A device for error measure most is available. Signals can be desplayed in time and frequency domain as well as log their statistical parameters like correlation functions, spectral density functions and probability density functions. The program is easily accessible by a man machine interface which, e.g., given an interpretation of the parameters to be specified.
