Abstract
DBR-Laser wurden aus MBE Pb tief 1-x Sn tief x Se/Pb tief 1-x-y Eu tief y Sn tief x Se-Doppelheterostrukturen hergestellt. Laserbetrieb bei 7,8 My m wurde im Dauerstrich bei Temperaturen oberhalb 77 K nachgewiesen. Details ueber das Abstimmverhalten werden berichtet. (Distributed bragg reflector Pb sub 1-x Sn sub x Se/Pb sub 1-x-y Eu sub y Sn sub x Se double heterostructure stripe geometry diode lasers were fabricated using molecular beam epitaxy. We observed cw single mode operation between the heat-sink temperatures 66 and 81 Lamda according 7,8 My metres with an average tuning rat of the -1st power of 0.8 cm/K. Single mode continuous tuning over a relatively wide range of the -1st power of 6 cm, with an average tuning rate of the -1st power of 0.026 cm/mA, was obtained at 77 K. -IPM-)
