The necessity to put the "Management of Change" on a broad strategy-oriented basis is shown. New working style in the enterprise is to be found, and new business field is to be worked out. Both will help to relax the possible reduction of staff. The "new enterprise" should be, on one hand, arisen from strategically reegineering, and on the other hand, also bulit on the kernel competence of the enterprise. The strategies formulated for a enterprise are to be evaluated with respect to its contribution to the future and success of the enterprise, its competitive effect, as well as the actual requirements and foreseeable implementation success.
