Titel
Execution planning of robotized manufacturing processes
Abstract
This paper gives a survey of the developments in the off-line programming area for industrial robots. In this context off-line programming is to be understood as the complete planning of the execution of manufacturing processes, starting from a description of the production task and resulting in tested and optimized application programs. For this whole procedure the term process execution planning is used. The global structure of a realized system, the programming and optimization procedures as well as the spectrum of applications are briefly discussed.
