Abstract
The technique of the wind driven power stations has been enhanced in the last few years due to a growing market pressure and the aim to construct more efficient power stations. The trend, to develop future wind power stations less weighty without lack of security and comfort with the help of intelligent concepts, inspires more and more manufacturers to use new technologies of development. The technologies that are employed follow to the methode of lightweight construction. As soon as in the construction period, the digital simulation permits to give valuable information about the dynamic behaviour of the different components and their optimization. The performance of available software that provides digital simulation offers the possibility of a location and operation specific dimensioning of the station components, This kind of software is also available for the middle-class industries.
