(A1) Ein mikromechanisches Bauelement mit einem Substrat, das so strukturiert ist, dass in demselben eine Platte gebildet ist, die lateral auslenkbar ist und lateral strahlungsmodulierend wirkt, weist eine Einrichtung zum lateralen Auslenken der Platte auf.
