Abstract
(A1) Eine Vorrichtung zur Hoehenkorrektur eines gemessenen Blutdrucks an einem Messort eines Lebewesens weist einen Sender (105), zumindest drei Empfaenger (115) und eine Auswerteeinheit (120) auf. Der Sender (105) sendet ein Signal (110) von einer Naehe eines Messortes aus und die zumindest drei Empfaenger (115) empfangen das Signal (110), wobei die Empfaenger (115) an Orten in unterschiedlicher Hoehe des Lebewesens anbringbar sind. Die Auswerteeinheit (120) korrigiert den gemessenen Blutdruck auf der Basis von Laufzeit- oder Phasenunterschieden der an den zumindest drei Empfaenger (115) empfangenen Signale.

Three receivers (115a-115c) receive the electromagnetic waves, and are brought to positions in different heights of creature. The receivers transmit received signals (117a-117c) to an evaluation unit (120). The evaluation unit is provided for correcting measured blood pressure based on delay or phase difference of the received signals. The evaluation unit determines height difference of the transmitter to the receiver (115a). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for correction of a measured blood pressure rate at a measuring point in a creature. USE - Device for correction of a rate of a measured blood pressure at a measuring point of a heart, head, arm and a leg of a creature e.g. human and animal. ADVANTAGE - The device is designed such that the rate of the measured blood pressure is corrected in a simple, flexible, effective and economical manner using simple standard components, and dynamic adjustment of the measured blood pressure value is accomplished during momentary change of the relative height of the receiver.
