Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formverfahren, bei dem ein Material (10) eines Werkstueckes (12, 30) mittels wenigstens eines Formwerkzeuges (14, 44, 48, 50, 142) umgeformt wird. Um eine groessere Formenvielfalt mit verbesserten Qualitaeten zu erreichen, wird zwischen dem Material (10) und dem wenigstens einen Formwerkzeug (14, 44, 48, 50, 142) ein Schmiermittel (18) verwendet, dessen Viskositaet durch ein Anliegen oder Veraendern eines Feldes (56) veraenderbar ist.

The electrical and/or a magnetic field influence the viscosity of the lubricant, which is used between the material and the mold tool. The material is a metal that is transformed without the supply of additional heat. The metal plate is deeply pulled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The procedure for molding a metal plate, comprises transforming a material (10) of a workpiece (12) by a mold tool (14), and applying and/or changing an electrical and/or a magnetic field on a portion of a lubricant (18) for influencing the transformation or for easily removing the lubricant after the transformation. The electrical and/or a magnetic field influence the viscosity of the lubricant, which is used between the material and the mold tool. The material is a metal that is transformed without the supply of additional heat. The metal plate is deeply pulled. The procedure is deep-drawing, extruding, rolling, pressing, forcing or tumbling procedure, or an incremental-sheet molding- procedure or incremental molding procedure. The friction coefficient of the material is locally and/or collectively influenced on the mold tool by the application and/or changing of the field. The field or one of several fields is produced in or on the mold tool and is led by the mold tool and/or the material to the lubricant. Different fields and/or different field strengths are applied at different places and/or different times. The spatial distribution and/or the flow density of the field is given by the shaping of the mold tool. An electro-rheological liquid and/or a magneto-rheological liquid are used in the procedure. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a lubricant; and (2) a device for the transforming a material of a workpiece. USE - Procedure for molding a metal plate. ADVANTAGE - The procedure ensures effective molding of workpiece without modification of boundary and surface quality, enables easy removing of lubricant, thus improving process control or process inspection and better quality security.
