Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektronisches Bauelement mit einem organischen Dielektrikum, wobei das Dielektrikum mindestens einen stickstoffhaltigen Makrozyklus enthaelt. Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung stickstoffhaltiger Makrozyklen als Dielektrikum in organischen elektronischen Bauteilen, insbesondere OFETs.

USE - The electronic building element is useful as an organic field effect transistor, an organic diode, a capacitor, an organic solar cell, a photovoltaic cell or an organic light emitting diode. The nitrogen containing macro cycle is useful as a dielectric in an organic electronic component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electronic building element: is easy to handle; avoids the migration of ions, hence solvent-free coating is possible; exhibits no negative consequences; has high conductivity; and can be working on uneven and rough substrates and prevents the occurrence of short circuits and provides a very thin insulating layers.
