Einbeziehung des Bearbeitungsprozesses in die Modellbildung zum Betriebsverhalten von Fertigungsmaschinen mit Parallelkinematiken
Abstract
During the last few years machine tools with parallel kinematics have been carving out a market share, particularly, in the field of highly dynamic machining jobs. Beside the process-related benefits of parallel kinematic structures such as the low masses that have to be moved, there are also properties that make design more difficult. Mentionable problems are the high dependence of the potential process parameters on the machining position and the machining direction in the workspace and the fact that structures with lean struts are more susceptible to vibrations. Machine tools are evaluated according to criteria such as productivity, costs and accuracy. In order to profitably streamline these machines, it is essential to develop an knowledge of these parameters at an early stage. Properties such as static and dynamic elasticity are often used to analyse machine tools.
