Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftmessvorrichtung, umfassend eine auf einem Festkörperaktor angeordnete amorphe Kohlenstoffschicht mit piezoresistiven Eigenschaften.

 

DE 102006019942 A1 UPAB: 20071121 NOVELTY - The dynamometer has a piezo-resistive layer (1) that is arranged on a carrier such as steel carrier, ceramic carrier and solid-state actuator. A metal layer (2) is arranged between a ceramic actuator ring (3) and the piezo-resistive layer. An insulation layer and/or a wear-resistant coating are held between the actuator ring and the metal layer. Local electrode structures are attached on the piezo-resistive layer and on a sensor layer for measuring force and/or pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for measuring a force using a dynamometer. USE - Used for measuring a force of a solid-state actuator such as piezo-actuator in the form of piezo-stack actuator and magnetostrictive or electristrictive, electromagnetic, hydraulic and/or pneumatic actuators, which is utilized in an injection system for common rail diesel vehicle, in an adaptronic system such as active structure interface, voltage controlled roller bearing, retention force controller, machine tool, print roller, active vibration damping device and/or adjusting device, and in a local load cell and force sensory network (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The piezo-resistive layer is arranged on the carrier, thus measuring the axial force of the carrier in an accurate manner.
