Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Formwerkzeug zur Herstellung eines Schaumteiles mit einer Schäumform aus einem mineralischen Werkstoff und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Formwerkzeuges.
DE 102006022594 A1 UPAB: 20080226 NOVELTY - The form tool for the production of a foam part from a metallic porous body comprises a foam mold (1) filled with mineral material, and carrier construction. A heat conductivity of the form mold is adjusted by an additive for the mineral material, like lattices, fibers, swarf or powders. The foam mold is made from enclosure base (2) and cover (3). The foam mold consists of three precast plates, bars and/or profiles. The foam mold or the foam mold component is taken up from the carrier construction. The steel is used as carrier- and construction material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The form tool for the production of a foam part from a metallic porous body comprises a foam mold (1) filled with mineral material, and carrier construction. The form tool is formed as ceramic fine mold or gypsum mold, which is manufactured with a lost model according to rapid prototyping method or a rapid tooling method. USE - Useful for the production of a foam part from a metallic porous body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The form tool is easy to handle and does not require separating agent for the production of a foam part, thus reduces the manufacturing cost and labor time.
