Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung offenbart einen vollaktiven Piezoaktor und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung. Dieser Piezoaktor umfasst eine Mehrzahl piezoelektrischer Keramikschichten 10, deren Stirnseiten durch vollflächige Innenelektroden 20 bedeckt sind. Die Innenelektroden 20 sind individuell über jeweils eine Kontaktierung elektrisch mit einer Steuerelektronik verbindbar. Des Weiteren offenbart die vorliegende Erfindung ein Herstellungsverfahren für diese vollaktiven Piezoaktoren 1.

Multiple contacts are arranged on a front surface (40) of the piezo actuator, and are parallel to the stack direction. The contacts are arranged such that each inner electrode is electrically connected by a contact and/or groups of closely connected inner electrodes are electrically connected by a contact. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a manufacturing method of a fully active piezo actuator, particularly a multilayer actuator. USE - Fully active piezo actuator e.g. multilayer actuator (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The contacts are arranged so that each inner electrode is electrically connected by a contact or groups of closely connected inner electrodes are electrically connected by a contact, and hence ensure safe and individual control, disconnection, and purposeful adjustment to optimize life span and efficiency.
