Titel
Investigation of Acceptance of a System for Individualization of Technology for Human-Technology Interaction
Abstract
In future warehouses and production facilities co-working areas of humans and autonomous vehicles or robots will play an increasing role. These machines have to interact, in terms of supporting or avoiding, with the human in a way that he is safe, while he can execute tasks independent from his age, abilities or restrictive properties. For this we introduced an agent system, not only allowing to communicate between humans and machines, but also to store necessary data for the interaction between those communication partners. The system allows to store data at different locations, using different encryption methods, as well as different types of interaction. To find an adequate solution for humans, in a way they can trust the developed system, we studied the interaction between humans and machines separated in the context of data storage and data interaction. We carried out a study to validate the acceptance of the individualization of technology based on the human's abilities. In this paper we present the developed questionnaire and the results of the conducted study.
