Abstract
The consideration of safety requirements while designing industrial applications featuring human-robot collaboration is currently a challenge that involves a heterogeneous set of engineering tools and disciplines. Previous work has described a systems engineering approach for better considering safety issues during the design phase. In this work, we introduce an industrial use-case and compare results for the safety related designs using a traditional method and the new approach.
