Dieser Beitrag stellt ein Vorgehensmodell vor, welches Unternehmen bei der Gestaltung einer effektiven und effizienten Informationsversorgung unterstützt. Es beschreibt außerdem einen methodischen Ansatz zur Entwicklung und Bewertung von Anwendungsfällen zur Optimierung der Informationsversorgung.

 

Inaccurate, incomplete or delayed information impairs the efficiency of the information supply of business processes. This article presents a process model that supports companies in designing an effective and efficient information supply. It also describes a methodical approach to the development and evaluation of use cases for the optimization of information supply.
