Abstract
This document describes the structures, processes and activities that characterize the governance of the SPARTA pilot during its first year. We analyse these constituents in view of their adequacy for future, institutionalized instances of European Cybersecurity Competence Networks (CCNs) and a European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC). The analysis concludes with a number of suggestions for adapting PARTA's current governance model.
