Titel
Networked Control Approach for Voltage Regulation with Optimal Reactive Power-Sharing
Abstract
Large-scale integration of distributed energy resources into the power grid poses a growing challenge for maintaining a stable, reliable and affordable power supply. The increasing number of grid-connected power plants, which are predominantly interfaced through modern power electronics systems, makes the overall microgrid management more and more challenging due to higher system complexity and uncertainties. Local distributed control systems need to cooperate to achieve a global optimum. With the present development towards strongly networked cyber-physical systems, new opportunities arise to modularly adapt and optimize microgrids. This paper deals with a networked agent- based control approach for distribute power converters to regulate the voltage with optimal reactive power-sharing, whereas local hysteresis-based PI state feedback controller are considered for each converter. In simulation studies the dynamic control performance of the proposed control strategy are investigated.
