Abstract
The micro forming of miniature components at high procedure velocity makes it possible to improve the process in comparison to the quasi-static forming. An improved calibration of the components with reduced force and work required as well as positive effects on the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured parts are to emphasize. For clarifying the mechanisms here working, both hardening / annealing of the material as well as the active friction were procedure-velocity-dependently determined.
