This chapter discusses the development of a test rig for the deep drawing process of ceramic green tapes, examining the behavior of green tapes with different particle contents at different process parameters. The idea was to combine reshaped green tapes with an extruded and machined supporting structure. The deep drawing was also examined for technical ceramics. The aim was to adapt the technology for technical ceramics to increase the complexity of planar ceramic green tapes. The deep drawing unit comprised two slides, one active and one passive. The passive one is manual controlled and moveable at the complete axis. The load cell measures the mechanical forces during the deep-drawing process. These data are minuted with the displacement of the axis to describe the behavior of the green tapes and to correlate these data with the tape composition.
