Anwendung der dynamisch-energetischen Simulation zur Produktivitätssteigerung bei Massivumformmaschinen mit hydraulischen Antrieben
Abstract
This article describes the results of studies for increasing the productivity of bulk metal forming machines with hydraulic drives by applying the means and methods of dynamic-energetic simulation. It utilizes the example of the drive system of a machine for spin extrusion to present and explain the fundamental factors, the procedure, resulting possibilities and potential effects for increasing the productivity from the point of view of hydraulic drive and control engineering. It will center on complex modeling of the drive system, the problem of dynamics of drives - lost energy and pertinent thermal influences including the effects they have. These studies will engender an enhanced design for drive and control in order to measurably boost productivity while maintaining the same drive structure.
