Increasing the accessibility of learning objects by automatic tagging
Abstract
Data sets coming from the educational domain often suffer from sparsity. Hence, they might comprise potentially use-ful learning objects that are not findable by the users. In order to address this problem, we present a new way to auto-matically assign tags and classifications to learning objects offered by educational web portals that is solely based on the objects' usage.
