This thesis focuses on the estimation of the geometrical set-ups of rotational computed laminography. Computed laminography can be understood as a generalisation of the common and well-known computed tomography. The estimation considers only one projection to obtain most parameters necessary for 3D reconstructions. For this we design a reference object which contains balls in two layers. These balls span two circles with different radii in the two layers. The spherical projection of these circles onto the detector, and so the projected image, is used within the estimation problem. The investigation tries to estimate the parameters for computing the 3D reconstructions from completely unknown scanner geometries. For this estimation problem it is necessary to solve non-linear systems of equations. As usual for in- verse problems, this problem, too, is ill-posed and finding a unique solution will not be possible. Still, under some restrictions and a prior information gained from the scanning device, we will be able to compute 3D reconstructions with the estimated parameters. This thesis shows possibilities to achieve this goal and also explains the problems which will arise.
