Abstract
The energy storage system (1,11,21) has a temperature control device having thermally conductive contact, which is provided for controlling the temperature of the electrical energy storage devices (2,12,22) such as battery. The electrical energy storage devices are provided with electrical cell elements (3,13,23). The heat carrier circuits (4,14,24) are provided with two-phase heat transfer mediums (5,15,25) with phase-change material as dispersed phase, and liquid as continuous phase. An independent claim is included for method for performing temperature control of electrical energy storage devices.
