We present cadmium-free quantum dot materials based on indium phosphide, which are used to assemble quantum dot light-emitting devices with unprecedented efficiency and brightness. Modifying the synthesis conditions allows tuning of the emission color from green to red. The narrow emission peak results in excellent color saturation.
