Technologie-Roadmaps für eine nachhaltige Produktentwicklung
Abstract
The control of complex development processes is at the heart of an enterprise's ability to compete sustainable, requiring considerable human, financial and environmental resources. It is therefore the task of sustainable technology management to create and advance the conditions to accomplish the best technological development, for the company and for the nature. That's why the primary goal of the "sustainable technology roadmap" is to identify and map the technology-related projects that have to be undertaken to develop the necessary sustainable product and production competencies for future products. This paper takes the classic understanding of the technology roadmap as a basis to advance its conception. One focus is on the shift from static representation to a dynamic planning, operation and controlling tool. On the other hand, the paper deals with the combination with other methods of operational, tactical and strategic technology management and its application in intercompany cooperation. The aim of this paper is to present the sustainable technology roadmap as an integrated tool for planning, operation and controlling in sustainable technology management. The sustainable technology roadmap helps to specify what measures must be taken to build up the necessary sustainable competencies for the development of new products. Besides, potentials are identified to further develop this tool by combining it with contiguous methods of technology management, such as core competence management or scenario analysis.
