Abstract
In this paper, we present the bistatic SAR (BiSAR) experiment results in the spaceborne/airborne configurations. The spaceborne/airborne bistatic SAR experiments have been successfully performed in July 2008 and March 2009. In the spaceborne/airborne bistatic SAR experiments, the TerraSAR-X works as the illuminator in the sliding spotlight mode, whereas PAMIR, mounted on a Transall C-160, operates at the stripmap mode and inverse sliding spotlight mode, respectively.
