New fixtures/racks made of heat resistant materials such as CFRC (carbon fiber reinforced carbon) improve product/process quality (e.g. less distortion, energy consumption, increased loading). This advantages set the requirements for ergonomic or automated handling and process integration. Various industrial implementations in heat-treatment, brazing, sintering and CVD-processes confirm the improvement potentials.
