Abstract
Presentation summarizes carbon nanotube (CNT) properties, and introduces alternative material, graphene. Graphene produced by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is a good alternative to CNT for transparent conductive films. Chemical vapor deposition of graphene is introduced, and transfer of graphene from copper catalyst is analyzed. The presentation analyzes main published transfer technologies with their potentials and weaknesses. The table of transfer technologies summarizes similarities and differences between them. Presentation introduces basic principles of doping methods of graphene and describes their effects on calculated models of graphene. Conclusions summarize challenges of graphene technology.
