Abstract
The machine tool has a tool (2) e.g. milling head, displaced by an actuator device (1). A tool control displaces the tool by the actuator device according to a process deviation, wear-conditional shape deviation and/or dimensional deviation during finishing a component. The tool is provided with a geometrically definite blade (2a). The actuator device is arranged within the tool for displacement of the blade or outside the tool for displacement of the tool. The actuator device includes a solid body joint (3) for guiding the tool or the blade of the tool. An independent claim is also included for a method for finishing a component.
