Abstract
InnoScore Service is a tried-and-tested tool for companies that can help them improve their own innovative capacity, which may make a lasting contribution to the company's success. Companies gain transparency in relation to their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to innovative capacity for product-related services. They can compare themselves directly with their competitors and respond to the increasing importance of product-related services. Innovative capacity can be increased in the long term through repeated self-evaluation.
