Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Mischvorrichtung, die mindestens zwei im Wesentlichen planparallele, zueinander angeordnete Duesenkoerper umfasst, die eine Mehrzahl von Durchstroemungsoeffnungen aufweisen. Zur Mischung zweier Fluide wird dabei das erste Fluid in Durchstroemungsrichtung auf die Ausnehmungen des ersten Duesenkoerpers angestroemt, das zweite Fluid wird in den Zwischenraum zwischen erstem und zweitem Duesenkoerper eingestroemt.

 

DE 102009019938 A1 UPAB: 20101221 NOVELTY - The device has a nozzle body provided with multiple of recesses, and another nozzle body provided in a distance in a flow direction. The latter nozzle body is provided parallel to the former nozzle body. The latter nozzle body comprises same number of recesses as the former nozzle body. The recesses of the latter nozzle body are arranged in projection to the former nozzle body in congruent with the recesses of the former nozzle body. A space formed by the former nozzle body is closed with a sinter metal plate. The former and the latter bodies are designed as perforated metal plates (2, 4). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for mixing fluids. USE - Mixing device for mixing fluids i.e. gas, in a process technology, during mixture preparation in a burner, in a claus-method, during oxidation of sulfur-di-oxide for preparing sulfur acid, during ammonia combustion for preparation of nitric-acid, during mixture formation in a reforming reactor, during ammonia-synthesis, during preparation of ethylene oxide, during fischer-tropsch synthesis, during nitrogen oxide-re oxidation and during phosgene synthesis (all claimed) in a chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The mixing device is constructed in a simple manner. The design of the mixing device enables fast and reliable mixing of the fluids.
