Abstract
(A1) Beschrieben werden eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur Beschickung einer Materialschicht auf eine Bauplattform oder auf wenigstens eine auf der Bauplattform befindlichen Materialschicht zur Herstellung eines Gegenstandes im Wege eines generativen Herstellungsverfahrens, die relativ zu einem Materialreservoir und der Bauplattform laengs einer Bewegungsebene linearbeweglich gelagert ist, zu der das Materialreservoir und die Bauplattform orthogonal auslenkbar sind. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass ein um wenigstens zwei Formkoerper gespannt umlaufendes Band vorgesehen ist, das zumindest bereichsweise an den Formkoerpern anliegt, dass ein das Band in Umlauf um die wenigstens zwei Formkoerper versetzender Antrieb vorgesehen ist, dass das Band in Bandlaengserstreckung um die wenigstens zwei Formkoerper einen relativ zu wenigstens einem Formkoerper fest zuordenbaren Bandabschnitt aufweist, der waehrend der Linearbewegung von dem Materialreservoir zur Bauplattform zumindest bereichsweise mit dem Material in Beruehrung tritt, und dass dem Bandabschnitt ein Bandflaechenbereich zuordenbar ist, der gegenueber der Bewegungsebene um einen Winkel ? geneigt ist.

The belt has a belt portion (17), which is fixedly arrangeable relative to one of the shaped bodies, in belt longitudinal extension around the shaped bodies, where the belt portion areawisely contacts with the material during the linear movement from the material reservoir to the building platform. A belt surface area is assigned to the belt portion and is inclined at an angle ( alpha ) against the moving plane. The shaped bodies are formed as cylinder rollers (11, 12, 12') with roller axes running parallel to each other. The shaped bodies are formed as rigid sliding bodies, where the belt is slidably guided to a partial surface of the sliding bodies that serves for supporting the belt surface area inclined at the angle of alpha . ADVANTAGE - The apparatus is capable of simply and effectively feeding the material coating on the building platform without material shrinkage or shape distortion.
