Titel
Klassifikation von Emotionen aus multimodalen Daten
Abstract

The recognition of user emotion is of great importance in recent HCI-research. The focus is on efficiency, real-time capability and maximised recognition rates. Emotion aware systems utilise a multiplicity of input data (speech, facial expression, body gesture, physiology etc.). Retrieval, analysis and interpretation of these inputs are examined in this work. The inclusion of context information into the process of emotion recognition is of increasing relevance for today's research. Based on the results of preliminary tests the impact of physical activity on physiological parameters is used to display the importance of context information in the emotion recognition process regarding robustness and error rate. Subsequently concepts for integration of context into the multi-modal emotion recognition process are presented.
