Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein photovoltaisches Modul, enthaltend eine erste und eine zweite Deckschicht, eine zwischen diesen befindliche Anordnung von ueber Zellverbindern verbundenen photovoltaischen Zellen sowie eine das photovoltaische Modul umlaufende Randabdichtung der Deckschichten. Das erfindungsgemaesse Modul ermoeglicht dabei eine Minimierung der mechanischen Belastungen, z. B. durch unterschiedliche thermische Ausdehnungskoeffizienten, der photovoltaischen Zellen, Ebenso wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemaessen photovoltaischen Module bereitgestellt.

A peripheral seal of the cover layers surrounds the module. Thermal expansion coefficients of the photovoltaic cells are different. The photovoltaic cells or the cell connectors are connected with the cover layers by a localized contact element (3a), which is made of organic or inorganic elastomer. Each cell has a material-fit connector and the contact element that is arranged in a sliding contact, spaced at a distance from the cover layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The material-fit connection is adhesive- or solder or weld connection. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a photovoltaic module. USE - Photovoltaic module. ADVANTAGE - The thermal expansion coefficients of the photovoltaic cells are different to ensure minimization of the mechanical stress of the photovoltaic cells, thus reducing the manufacturing cost of the photovoltaic module, and ensuring economical production process of the photovoltaic module.
