Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Kultivierung von adhaerenten Zellen, insbesondere zum Abloesen der Zellen von einer Oberflaeche, die Verwendung von Membranen bei diesen Verfahren und Vorrichtungen zur Durchfuehrung der Verfahren. Ein besonderes Anwendungsgebiet ist die Verwendung der erfindungsgemaessen Verfahren bei der GMP-konformen vollautomatischen Kultivierung und Vermehrung von Zellen.

The porous material is a membrane (10). The process is carried out in a bioreactor (100). The cells are cultivated on the upper side of the porous material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for the cultivation of adherent cells, comprises cultivating the cells on a first surface of a porous material, and enzymatically removing the cells from the first surface of the porous material by contacting a second surface of the porous material with an enzyme-containing liquid, where the enzymatically removed cells contact with their contact points contacting the porous material with the enzyme-containing liquid. The porous material is a membrane (10). The process is carried out in a bioreactor (100). The cells are cultivated on the upper side of the porous material. The upper edge of the enzyme-containing liquid contacts with the porous material, and exactly lies at a height of the upper side of the porous material. The porous material is present in a device. In the cultivation step, the porous material and the adherent cells are immersed in a cell culture medium, where in the removal step, the cell culture medium is removed and the enzyme-containing liquid is added under the porous material. The process is automatically carried out in an automated device for producing fabric from cell cultures and/or with a robot. USE - Method for the cultivation of adherent cells such as mammalian cells e.g. human cells, bovine cells, murine cells, prokaryotic cells, plant cells or fungal cells. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures optimal, economical and rapid cultivation of the adherent cells with high yield and high reliability without any cell damage.
