Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kennzeichnungsmerkmal (101) zur Kennzeichnung eines Gewebebereichs fuer diagnostische Bildgebung, wobei das Kennzeichnungsmerkmal (101) dem Gewebebereich zuordenbar und auf eine Oberflaeche des Gewebebereichs anbringbar ist.

 

DE 102008045988 A1 UPAB: 20100318 NOVELTY - The feature (101) is assigned to a tissue area, and attached to a surface of the tissue area. The feature is optically or acoustically or radioactively or acousto-optically or opto-acoustically or electromagnetically detected within a pre-determined wavelength range. The feature has a selectable code e.g. bar code, radio frequency identification (RFID)-code, or a mechanical structure i.e. metal ring. A pre-determined geometrical structure e.g. circle segment, rectangle segment, angle data, scale i.e. gray level scale, or bar code is provided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an imaging method (2) a program-technique equipped device with a computer program for executing an imaging method (3) a computer program with a program code for executing an imaging method. USE - Identification feature for marking a tissue area in diagnostic imaging process e.g. radiography process, positron emission tomography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance tomography, optical imaging process, ultrasonic process, opto-acoustic process, and acousto-optic process (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The feature is assigned to the tissue area, and is attached to the surface of the tissue area, thus enabling accurate and distinguishable marking of the tissue area for the multi-modal imaging.
