Identifikation und Analyse von Innovationstreibern
Abstract
In this article two main functions for discovery of drivers of innovation are discussed. On of these functions is the identification, the other the analysis of drivers of innovation. Identification as a function is supported by the following four techniques: trend watching of megatrends, bibliometrics, wild cards, and weak signals. As a second function the analysis of drivers of innovation is addressed. In this regard the method of szenario planning is presented that allows the generation of alternative and consistent picture of the future. The earned findings about drivers of innovation allows early adaptations of business processes towards future developments in order to sustain and ameliorate market position.
