Abstract
States the need for a video format adaptor for multimedia applications. The author examines frame change rate and movement-compensating conversion. This leads to the "HiCon" format converter for video and TV for flat screen displays, TV and video displays on TV sets, flicker-free TV, HDTV, large screen projection and video/film transfer. An I2C interface for controls is provided.
