Titel
Ontological and spatial modeling of situational contexts for ambient assisted living
Abstract
In this paper, we present an approach for modelling situational contexts in ambient assisted living environments. We analyse scenarios and activities in such contexts with respect to their specific requirements and how such requirements can be satisfied by an ambient environment. In particular, we propose that ontological and spatial modelling and reasoning can directly support the ambient system. As an example of such a system, we discuss an implementation of a specific ambient assisted living use case.
