requirements engineering process; requirement elicitation

Requirements incompleteness detected in a later stage of requirements engineering process still require a costly rework to be done. However, Fraunhofer IESE is currently developing an approach based on a Conceptual Requirements Model (CRM) that aims to achieve a higher degree of requirements completeness in a constructive rather than analytical manner. The aim of this thesis is to provide an algorithm to transform a CRM into a precise requirements elicitation checklist and a requirements specification template. The requirements elicitation checklist will then be used to guide the requirements engineer while eliciting stakeholder's requirements and the requirements specification template will be used to store the elicited requirements. A tool is developed to generate the requirements elicitation checklist and the specification template from the CRM automatically.
