The two main subjects as mathematical modelling and computer aided control of complex dynamic systems are regarded. The following tasks as recognising of water pollulion in the river system, data collecting, mathematical modelling of a dynamical system of river water quality, identification of the models, optimisation of water quality formulation of optimisation criteria and constraints design of allocation and type of water cleaning plants, scenario of the sewage plants allocation can be distinguished.
