Title

Dentalharzmasse, Verfahren zu deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung

Other Title
Hard dental compound
Abstract
The invention relates to a self-curing hard dental compound which is curable by photochemical or thermal means based on polymerizable polysiloxanes, a process for their production and their utilization for the production of pasty, self-hardening dental materials which are curable either polychemically or thermally. The hard dental compound according to the invention is obtainable by hydrolytic condensation or one or several hydrolytically condensable silicone compounds, whereby 1 to 100 moles per cent are selected on the basis of monomer compounds comprising silanes of the general formula Y<-n Si X<-m R<-4-(n+m) and/or <<<X<-n R<<k Si<<R-<2 (A)<-1 >><-4-(n+k) >>><-x B. The residues A, X, Y, R->2, R' and R are identical or different and have the following meanings: A = O, S, PR', POR', NHC(O)) or NHC(O)ONR', B are straight-chain or branched organic residue which is derived from a compound B' with at least one (for l = 1 and A = NHC(O)O or NHC(O)NR') or at least two C=C double bonds and 5 to 50 C atoms, R = alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl, R' = H, alkyl or aryl, R->2 = alkylene, arylene or alkylene arylene, X = H, halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxyl, acyloxyl, alkyl carbonyl, alkoxyl carbonyl or NR'<-2, Y = a substituent which contains a substituted or unsubstituted 1,4,6- trioxaspiro-<<4,4>>-nonane residue, n = 1, 2 or 3, m = 1, 2 or 3, where n+m <= 4, k = 0, 1 or 2, l = 0 or 1, x = a whole number whose maximum value is ... to the number of double bonds in the ...
