Titel
A complete EMP environment generated by high-altitude nuclear bursts
Abstract
The theory of the high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse is presented in detail. On this basis, the EXEMP code was developed to investigate the dependency of EMP fields on the nuclear weapon parameters (yield, spectrum and shape of the gamma pulse) as well as on scenario data (height of burst, observer location with respect to Ground Zero, geomagnetic latitude).
