Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zur Erfassung einer Dehnung und/oder einer Stauchung eines Koerpers weist ein verformbares Halbleitersubstrat auf, das auf dem Koerper, dessen Dehnung und/oder Stauchung zu erfassen ist, aufbringbar ist. Auf dem Halbleitersubstrat ist ein Element angeordnet, das zumindest eine physikalische Eigenschaft hat, die sich abhaengig von einer Dehnung und/oder Stauchung des Halbleitersubstrats aendert. Ferner ist auf dem Halbleitersubstrat zusammen mit dem Element eine Auswertungseinrichtung angeordnet, die mit dem Element verbunden ist, um ein von der Dehnung und/oder Stauchung abhaengiges Messsignal zu erzeugen.

Switching elements of the evaluation device are arranged so that influences of stretching and/or compression on the function of the evaluation device are minimal. USE - Used for measurement transformers in power and torque moment sensors. ADVANTAGE - Temperature influences are compensated for.
