Abstract
In the book Workflow Management - Groupware Computing the different activities that have to be performed in order to achieve a systematic management of business processes are sketched. Furthermore, 12 workflow management or groupware systems from different vendors are discussed. After that experience reports about the application of workflow management systems at various customers are given.
