Rekonstruktion von Fehlstellen in Keramik mittels 3D-Röntgen-CT und Hochfrequenz-Ultraschall - ein Vergleich
Abstract
This contribution discusses the inspection of ceramic components by high frequency ultrasound, radiography, and computed tomography (CT). It compares the results of the different nondestructive testing methods applied to samples containing artificial defects. Three dimensional CT determines the psoition and the size of pores (50 µm to 150 µm) inside a ceramic cube. Different reconstructed cross sections of the cube are compared to the corresponded B and C-scans of the high frequency ultrasonic inspection (HF-US at 80 MHz. The reconstruction of HF-US data by 3D-SAFT algorithm enlarges the ultrasonic inspection range.
