Abstract
15n solid state NMR without enrichment is rarely usedbecause of the low sensitivity and the low naturalabudance of this nucleus.as demonsrated on different nitrogencontaining polysilanes and polysilazanes,it can be shown that by the CP/MAS technique spectra can be obtained in good quality and within acceptable measuring time Three main different nitogen sites-NSi3, NSi2H and NSiH2- can be observed.Thus the spectra give valuable additional informations for a better understanding of the structures and their changes in the polysilanes/polysilazanes snthesis.
