Das 3Liter-PPS-Konzept

Dynamische Märkte verlangen moderne, dezentrale Organisationskonzepte. Derzeitige PPS-Systeme, ausgelegt auf arbeitsteilige Organisationen, stehen hierzu im klaren Widerspruch. Am Fraunhofer IPA war die Aufgabe, eine schlanke, auf dezentrale Organisationsformen abgestimmte PPS-Lösung zu entwickeln. Ergebnis ist das 3Liter-PPS-Konzept, ein Produkt aus organisatorischen Maßnahmen und dem 3Liter-PPS-Planungsmodul, das die Kernaufgaben der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung abdeckt. The dynamism of the market calls for the implementation of advanced concepts of decentralised organisations. Today's PPC systems are based on the division of labour and thus are not able to address the requirements of modern organisations. Fraunhofer IPA has undertaken to develop a lean PPC solution which is co-ordinated with the needs of decentralised forms of organisation, resulting in the 3L-PPC-Concept. The 3L-PPC-Concept combines organisational measures with the 3L-PPC-planning module which covers the core functions of a production planning and control system.
