Operational Navigation System. Instrument for the increase of the self-optimization in partly autonomous structures
Abstract
The competition parameters costs, quality and time have to be incorporated even stronger as action dictums in the companies. A higher customer orientation supposes a higher internal operational dynamic. This dynamic has to be expressed in a continuous improvement process, which has to be beared by the coworkers themselves (self-optimization). The Operational Navigation System is an instrument for the increase of the self-optimization in partly autonomous structures. For each partly autonomous organization unit targets are defined and represented in a company-wide structured way. The result-feedback is made by a target value-related editing of the set-data. Analysis and evaluations can be carried out largely decentralized and graphically interactive. By the Operational Navigation System the continuous improvement process is systematically anchored in the company and the targets of the lean management are realized.
